Why does my Arlo keep blinking orange?
A blinking amber LED on the SmartHub indicates a camera is out of range. This could be due to range, or poor signal due to interference. If your cameras are working, this may not cause an issue for you but could result in inability to stream the cameras.
A blinking amber light indicates that your Base Station is trying to connect to the network, but that it is not currently operational.
The camera's batteries are low. Fast blinking amber. The camera failed to sync with the SmartHub or base station.
Verify that you are in range of your mobile network.
For portable Arlo products like Go series cameras, make sure there is an activated SIM card inserted into the camera. Also ensure the camera is in range of your mobile network.
Press the Sync button on top of the camera for about two seconds and then release the button. Note: Cameras must be synced one at a time. A blue LED on the camera blinks rapidly to confirm sync. If the LED on the camera blinks amber, the sync is not successful.
If your camera is offline after you switched to a new router or made changes to your Internet network, press and release the Sync button on the Arlo SmartHub or base station. The Internet LED blinks for 10 seconds, then your Arlo camera resumes normal operation.
Note: The first time your Base Station connects to the internet, it will automatically begin a software update, which may take a few minutes. During the update, the light ring on your Base Station glows blue with a spinning yellow indicator. Once the ring is solid blue, the update is complete.

Press and hold the Sync button on the bridge for about 15 seconds until the status LED changes to solid amber and then release the Sync button. In about 90 seconds, the LED changes to blinking amber. This indicates that the factory reset is complete.
After ten minutes, check your camera's status in the Arlo app or at my.arlo.com. If you see a lightning bolt battery icon, your battery is charging.
Why is my Arlo battery not charging?
Try removing and reinserting the battery and power adapter cable. Note: Make sure that you insert the battery in your camera before you plug in the charger. Log in to your Arlo account and make sure that your camera is online and that the charger icon is displaying while you're charging your cameras.
