In the manga and Crystal, Pluto's death scene vaguely implies a romantic interest in Endymion, though this is never explored again. In the Sailor Moon musicals, Sailor Pluto has an unrequited love for King Endymion.

Chibi Chibi is a mysterious little girl who appears in the final season of the 90s anime. She is the civilian identity of Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon and the Star Seed of Sailor Galaxia.
Mamoru Wasn't That Into Her
Sailor Mars enjoyed her time with him and he was an ideal possible future husband. Rei cared a lot for their relationship. Mamoru, however, was less interested. While he liked Rei and appreciated her company, he was generally aloof.

1 Sailor Cosmos
Sailor Cosmos is a very mysterious figure even at the end of the series, but she is absolutely the most powerful character in all of Sailor Moon.

Hotaru Tomoe (土萠 ほたる, Tomoe Hotaru) is the daughter of Souichi Tomoe and Keiko Tomoe, and the civilian identity and present-day incarnation of Sailor Saturn (セーラーサターン, Seeraa Sataan). She is a close friend of Chibiusa and the last of the Outer Sailor Guardians to awaken in the manga.
No, Sailor Moon only has one daughter, Small Lady aka Chibiusa. Kousagi is her daughter in the alternate universe side story which isn't canon.
