What is Madara's strongest form?
Madara Uchiha was a legendary member of the Uchiha clan and what made him the strongest was his transformation into the 10 Tails Jinchuriki. Madara ascended to this form during the 4th Great Ninja War and reached his pinnacle as a Shinobi. He had the power of two Rinnegan, the Rinne Sharingan, and the Six Paths Jutsu.
During his lifetime there was only one character who could defeat Madara and that happened to be Hashirama. He was so powerful that later in life Madara went on to implant Hashirama's cells in his body to gain more powers which led to his Rinnegan awakening.
While Sasuke did master the power of Rinnegan for over a decade, Madara was always a far greater Shinobi in terms of using his Jutsus. Hence, Sasuke in his prime will have no chance of soloing Madara in his prime.
Time Rewind Technique
One such element was Madara's EMS ability – the power to reverse time. The animation showed Madara's EMS spinning uncontrollably, resulting in everything moving backwards. This was revealed to be time reversal, a direct ability of his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.
Wiz: Aizen and Madara were extremely evenly matched in raw power and speed. By our calculations, Madara spreading the God Tree's roots with his chakra was about seven times more powerful than the best that Aizen could scale to with his Reiryoku. And both ended up being roughly as fast as each other.

Madara Uchiha is among the most powerful shinobi to have ever lived, and his power only increased when he attained the power of the Sage of the Six Paths. He was able to fend off both Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha for a time in this form, and Kakashi Hatake would likely be unable to subdue Madara on his own.
Although Naruto lost Kurama, his Six Paths Powers should still be accessible to him. In Naruto's fight against Madara, he displayed the ability to use Six Paths Sage Mode without tapping into the power of the chakra cloak. The Six Paths chakra should be enough to keep him going for a few years.
Can Madara beat Naruto in Sage Mode?
As such, once Naruto transformed into the Sage of Six Path mode, his basic abilities were enhanced to a state where he could almost move at the speed of light. In fact, his special ability Wind Style Rasenshuriken when combined with Tailed Beast Bomb would become strong enough to lethally injure Madara.
Madara is believed to have been killed by Hashirama's hand, but he survives and goes into hiding. He awakens the legendary Eye Technique Rinnegan using Hashirama's DNA. Sadly enough, Zoro would have trouble fighting Naruto's most powerful Uchiha due to the Sharingan. Madara would avoid Zoro's attacks without even breaking a sweat, ending the fight only with a few hits.
In a fight against Gojo, Madara's mastery of genjutsu could give him the edge he needs to overpower the sorcerer's powerful abilities. Madara can use his powerful eye to see through any of Gojo's techniques even before the Jujutsu sorcerer makes his move.
His actually IQ was never stated in the show although I'm sure it's realistically over 100. Shikamaru's IQ is over 200. (stated in the original Naruto) even his exact number wasn't stated.

Madara also went on to call Might Guy the strongest fighter that he ever faced. All of this happened when Madara was a ten tail Jinchuriki and not in his base form. Given Might Guy's power levels after opening all the Gates, he would be able to beat Kurama.
Madara himself admitted that Guy would have killed him if he had not been the 10-Tails' Jinchuriki at the time. If guy almost took out Madara when he was basically a god, he could have easily defeated him in his prime.
Who wins Sasuke or Madara?
It is easy to see that Sasuke supplants Madara in every category except for chakra reserves as the latter was the jinchuriki of the Ten-Tails. However, Sasuke is far ahead in all the other categories. Consequently, Sasuke is undoubtedly the strongest Uchiha in Naruto.
Goku would win no doubt. Even as a die-hard Naruto fan, Madara would have less than a 0.1% chance of victory, he would be lucky to even land a hit or scratch Goku. However, if genjutsu does affect DBZ characters, then Goku is in trouble because once he locks eyes with Madara, it's as good as over.
Even though Boruto's body isn't fully Otsutsukified, Momoshiki Otsutsuki remains far stronger than Naruto without the aid of Kurama.
During the Fourth Great Ninja War, Obito became the first Jinchuriki of the Ten-Tails. He also became strong enough to take on the entire Shinobi Alliance. It goes without saying that his skill was far above the level of an average Kage.
Infact madara became more stronger (due to hashirama's cells ) when he was reanimated . On top of this madara had rinnegan and he also became jinchuriki of 10 tails. Even hashirama was helpless in this situation and got defeated by madara. From this its easy to conclude that even jiraiya cannot defeat madara.
Madara then went on to become the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki and reached godly levels of power, only to be struck down by his own ally, Zetsu. After Kaguya's defeat, Madara Uchiha's body was released, and he finally passed away next to his friend, Hashirama Senju.
Sasuke is yet another strong character in the Naruto series who eventually surpassed Kakashi. Sasuke was so strong that he was able to perform jutsus like Indra's Arrow which has similar, if not the same destructive capabilities compared to Naruto's Six Paths: Ultra Big Ball Rasenshuriken.

2 Madara Uchiha
Madara Uchiha is a legendary ninja with immense skill and chakra, and during the 4th Great Ninja War, he proved to be stronger than Sasuke. He possesses far more battle experience, and his Fire-Style ninjutsu was powerful enough to bathe an entire battlefield in fire.
While Naruto certainly cannot defeat Code as he is and, in an extended combat, would most certainly die, he can still take him on in battle and impress.
How strong is Naruto after Kurama death?

Tobi did this so he could be with Rin Nohara again in dreams, and went to extreme lengths to make it happen. After seeing the error of his ways, however, he helped Naruto and Sasuke stop Madara and Kaguya, and he died while saving Kakashi from one of Kaguya's All-Killing Ash Bones.

To sum it up, in the final developmental stage of a Susanoo, the Perfect Susanoo is stronger than Kurama on its own. However, that does not make it stronger than Kurama in every situation because the Tailed Beast can enhance the jinchuriki's abilities and turn the tables in a battle.

1 Kaguya Otsutsuki
She wields the Rinne-Sharingan, which is needed to cast the strongest Genjutsu in the entire series. With her Rinne-Sharingan, Kaguya can cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi over the entire world.
The dead, such as those brought back with the Impure World Reincarnation, are impervious to the Infinite Tsukuyomi.
As surprising as it would be to learn that Boruto is the result of a genjutsu, retconning the entire Boruto series as Naruto's Infinite Tsukuyomi dream would be unreasonable. Boruto has become a strong IP by itself, which involves not only the manga and the anime but also countless other properties.
