Can Naruto beat Madara 1 on 1?
So you see Naruto can never defeat Madara. And yes he's the greatest shinobi ever because even if Madara is revived, naruto would be able to one shot him because Madara wouldn't have the god three, jubi or six paths senjutsu. The series' protagonist happens to be the strongest Shinobi to ever exist in the Naruto universe. From Kurama Chakra to Sage Mode and later even Six Paths Sage Mode, he gains a lot of power as the show progresses. As such, it is only possible that he is one of the very few who can defeat Madara.

Hashirama united the Senju and Uchiha clans and went on to establish Konohagakure. He was unmatched in power during his lifetime and even after death. Hashirama was undefeated in his lifetime.
Madara was great during his youth, able to keep up with Hashirama Senju (The First Hokage) and do major damage with his Susanoo. At the height of his power, he was able to slaughter entire groups of ninja, take on the Kage, and slice the tops of mountains off! Alone, Boruto wouldn't stand much of a chance.
While Sasuke did master the power of Rinnegan for over a decade, Madara was always a far greater Shinobi in terms of using his Jutsus. Hence, Sasuke in his prime will have no chance of soloing Madara in his prime.
Madara himself admitted that Guy would have killed him if he had not been the 10-Tails' Jinchuriki at the time. If guy almost took out Madara when he was basically a god, he could have easily defeated him in his prime.
Can Madara beat Sakura?
1 CAN'T BEAT: Madara Uchiha
To defeat such a character, one would have to possess the powers of a God itself. Unfortunately for Sakura, she doesn't have any such power. Her strength pales in comparison to Madara's, and so does everything else about her.
Madara Uchiha is among the most powerful shinobi to have ever lived, and his power only increased when he attained the power of the Sage of the Six Paths. He was able to fend off both Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha for a time in this form, and Kakashi Hatake would likely be unable to subdue Madara on his own.
This is simply because of the fact that Madara possesses one thing that Pain would never stand a chance against, and it's not his nearly unparalleled taijutsu abilties, powerful visual genjutsu, extremely powerful ninjutsu, or keen battlefield intellect, though all the factors would make it even easier for Madara.
However, despite all that he was capable of, Madara was openly stated to be much weaker than Kaguya Otsutsuki. He doesn't stand a chance against Naruto Uzumaki in his Baryon Mode.
Although Naruto lost Kurama, his Six Paths Powers should still be accessible to him. In Naruto's fight against Madara, he displayed the ability to use Six Paths Sage Mode without tapping into the power of the chakra cloak. The Six Paths chakra should be enough to keep him going for a few years.
The point being is, by the time of Boruto, Naruto has long surpassed Madara. He'd be more than a match for Six Paths Madara if their paths ever crossed again, even though Kurama's chakra no longer flows in him.
Naruto's toughest enemy is Kaguya Otsutsuki. He is the mother of all ninjutsu which gave Naruto the most challenging battle of his life. He is a strong villain that couldn't be defeated by Naruto alone.

Is anybody stronger than Naruto?

Madara was much stronger than Obito to begin with, and the fact that his version of the Ten-tails was perfect made him even stronger.
As such, once Naruto transformed into the Sage of Six Path mode, his basic abilities were enhanced to a state where he could almost move at the speed of light. Madara was powerful enough to defeat the entire shinobi alliance by himself and even defeat the 9 Tailed Beasts. For him, defeating the Akatsuki is nothing more than child's play.
7 Weakness: Madara Is Vulnerable To Taijutsu

While Naruto certainly cannot defeat Code as he is and, in an extended combat, would most certainly die, he can still take him on in battle and impress.
With Kurama, Naruto would be able to subdue Borushiki and fight him on a more level playing field, but without Kurama, it is the opposite. Although Naruto would not be able to use ninjutsu even with Kurama, having Kurama allowed him to add a lot more diversity to his fighting style.
At best, Sasuke might be slightly stronger than Naruto without Kurama. However, in the worst case scenario, he might be substantially weaker than the Seventh Hokage. A fair comparison can only be made once both these characters display their true strength after the loss of Kurama and Rinnegan in the Boruto series.
7 Might Guy, The Taijutsu Expert
He was able to put up a fight against Madara Uchiha in his Six Paths form which is incredibly impressive. Guy's strongest attack was so powerful that it nearly killed Madara by his own admission.

Adult Naruto or Adult Sasuke can take on Kaguya and actually win but not kill her. Adult Naruto is a much better fighter than himself in the 4th Shinobi War and Kaguya was actually almost killed in that battle too many times.
Baryon Mode was so strong that Naruto was able to single-handedly beat Isshiki and thoroughly overwhelmed him from the time he underwent this transformation. Therefore, Naruto in his Baryon Mode could possibly defeat Kaguya, and if not, he can certainly put up a good fight.
If they were to fight Madara Uchiha at full strength, the latter would easily come out as the victor. Even if they use Haki, none of the Mugiwara Pirates would be able to put a dent in Madara's full-form Susanoo and Meteor strike.

According to legend, Shibai was able to command storms with a simple wave of his hand. He was able to command lightning as angry roars. He supposedly transcended all mortal form and became a god, able to redirect all forms of harm with merely a thought.
Frieza is easily capable of defeating Baryon Mode Naruto in base form. Prior to the events of Dragon Ball, Frieza destroyed Planet Vegeta while in his base form. He did this without breaking a sweat or struggling in any way.
Sadly enough, Zoro would have trouble fighting Naruto's most powerful Uchiha due to the Sharingan. Madara would avoid Zoro's attacks without even breaking a sweat, ending the fight only with a few hits.
