Can guy defeat Madara?
Not only has Guy fought against the likes of Kisame and absolutely decimated them in battle but he's also clashed against Madara Uchiha during the Fourth Great Ninja War. Using the Eight Inner Gates, Guy was able to overwhelm Madara in a fight, not giving him even an inch.
During his lifetime there was only one character who could defeat Madara and that happened to be Hashirama. He was so powerful that later in life Madara went on to implant Hashirama's cells in his body to gain more powers which led to his Rinnegan awakening.
Madara himself admitted that Guy would have killed him if he had not been the 10-Tails' Jinchuriki at the time. If guy almost took out Madara when he was basically a god, he could have easily defeated him in his prime.
If Guy had killed Madara, Sasuke would be dead. Guy killing Madara would mean that Kaguya wouldn't have been resurrected so Sasuke wouldn't have been able to help dispel infinite tsukuyomi.
7 Would Crush Him: Naruto Uzumaki
In his base form, he was strong enough to fight and overwhelm the same Madara that almost killed Guy. With his Six Paths Sage Mode, Naruto was levels above Guy in terms of power and could easily take on Madara, and even Kaguya in battle.

Black Zetsu was central to one of the biggest shocks in Naruto during the 4th Great Ninja War. It was he who stabbed Madara Uchiha in the back and struck him down when he was at the pinnacle of his powers. Zetsu was then revealed to be the perpetrator of the plan to bring Kaguya back.
During the Fourth Great Ninja War, Obito became the first Jinchuriki of the Ten-Tails. He also became strong enough to take on the entire Shinobi Alliance. It goes without saying that his skill was far above the level of an average Kage.

This technique allows the user to open all their limiters and access power that is far beyond that of an average human. While Kakashi isn't specifically skilled in taijutsu like Guy, he can still access the Eight Inner Gates.
In fact, Kakashi admits that Guy is stronger in some ways. Guy can unlock all eight gates and knows how to battle against the Sharingan. He lost to Kakashi in the finals of the Chunin Exam when they were young, but Guy works hard not to lose again to his rival.
While Sasuke did master the power of Rinnegan for over a decade, Madara was always a far greater Shinobi in terms of using his Jutsus. Hence, Sasuke in his prime will have no chance of soloing Madara in his prime.

Should Guy open the eighth gate, however, Minato would be vastly outclassed even if he had an opportunity to litter the area with tags.

His Mangekyo Sharingan enabled him to cast a powerful technique called Tsukuyomi that allowed him to trap his enemies in an illusion world space and time was freely manipulated. He would torture opponents for what felt like years, exhausting their minds and their chakra.
