Due to the number of drawbacks the Baryon Mode brings, Luffy will probably clinch victory in Naruto vs. Luffy if they break those modes out.
When it comes to destructive power, Saitama can destroy giant spaceships, monsters, mountains, etc. with the bare minimum effort. Bearing in mind Saitama's feats, Luffy's Gear 5th stands absolutely zero chance against him.

Honestly, there's not much Itachi can do. All this is ignoring the fact that Itachi has limited chakra and is ill. Gojo's hax are just on a different level. The winner is Gojo.
Whilst Gojo's abilities far exceed that of any ordinary human, he is still human and therefore vulnerable to the abilities of Light's Death Note. It's possible Gojo can cheat death, but until he displays such an ability, Light Yagami can defeat the sorcerer.
