I kinda wanna try it, but I'm skeptical on if it cleans well. I normally use Purex, Xtra, Arm and Hammer, or All Free and Clear. Gain and Tide break me out.

I haven't but am interested as well. We're pretty set on Arm & Hammer but could grab this easily if in a bind.

Gain and Tide break me out, so I prefer cheaper laundry detergents because they are better for my skin.

If you are low on cash you'd better off buying the sun brand or that Mexican laundry powder. Zote or Ariel. Mexican laundry soap cleans and deodorizes very well.

Have you tried organic detergent or baby detergent?

I'm not low on cash. I just like to try different products. I keep a small stockpile of cleaning/laundry products, so I'm not constantly having to buy new stuff.
Yes, I have tried those.

- Not a fan of dollar store products - because I just don't trust their sourcing. Awesome though seems to be a decent brand.
- But you get what you pay for with laundry detergent. Cheaper brands are harsher on your clothes.
Would rather use like half the recommended amount of a better laundry detergent, and stock up once a month, than use a cheapy.
This one $20 detergent bottle from Costco has lasted me for 2 years before.

Cheap detergent products are not good for your clothes in the long run and may take larger amounts to clean. You’re better off buying a quality brand and using the proper amount, and not the excessive cap that we were taught to use. You’ll save money.
Try Ecos. I think tide has a plant based detergent too. CVS usually has good coupons and sales for detergent you can buy it when it’s on sale and add your 30 or 40% off coupon.

There's a guy on tiktok I follow who test out detergents and how well they clean. Persil is that girl. He also ranked Kirkland high on the list, but I never tried it.
With my journey in moving towards non-toxic/low toxic products, I've been using Attitude(mountain fresh) and Molly Suds.
Ive tried some other brands but those two I always circle back to.

I live nowhere near a Costco. I've never heard of Kirkland before

This brand made me itchy when I used it. I stick to the brand name detergents even though they are much smaller.

I just make my own with washing soda, borax and fels-naptha (or zote) or dawn dish soap. A bit of oxyclean for whites. It doesn't take nearly as much as the bottled stuff, which is mostly water.
The combo is good for dishes, too. Most cleaning ingredients in all cleaners is about the same.

It is a good detergent and you only need to use a little bit to clean your clothes.

I just wanted to try it because I saw a product review video where someone reviewed it.

I did years ago and it made my skin itch. I don't remember the brand but recently I've been using All in their clean edition. It's better than the Tide clean edition in my experience.

This brand gave me rashes all over, even when using a small amount. I use All free and clear pods. Never got rashes from it.
