Big Mouth Season 7 Release Date - When Is It Coming To Netflix? (2024)

Rarely does a Netflix show get SEVEN seasons but Big Mouth is one of those rare series that just keeps getting renewed.

Created by Andrew Goldberg, Nick Kroll, Mark Levin, and Jennifer Flackett, the adult coming-of-age animation is one of the most popular shows on Netflix.

Based on Kroll and Goldberg's upbringing in New York, Big Mouth gets very frank and freaky into the sexual awakenings of its characters.

Helping our confused teenagers are large anthropomorphic ‘hormone monsters’ that encourage the boys and girls to explore their new thoughts and behaviours, which makes the show even funnier.

So with seven seasons already in the bag, the big question now is when will see Big Mouth season 7??

When Is Big Mouth Season 7 Coming Out?

So far, six seasons of Big Mouth have dropped on Netflix, the most recent of which aired on October 28th 2022.

Each season was released almost one year after the previous – as it usually takes that long to create the show.

So while there has been no official announcement from Netflix about a release date for Big Mouth season 7, we can take a very educated guess that the next instalment will be available in November or December 2023.

Big Mouth Season 8

So without giving us a release date for Big Mouth season 7, though Netflix has confirmed it will air in 2023, the streaming platform has already announced that there will be an EIGHTH season.

They have also stated that it will be the last one. That means Big Mouth will become the longest scripted series in Netflix history.

It will air in 2024, so for all you Hormone Monsters out there, there's plenty left yet to come before we say goodbye to Nick, Andrew, Jessi, Jay and Missy.

Who Does The Voices In Big Mouth?

The cast for Big Mouth is outstandingly good. With some of the sharpest comedic minds writing the script and the best actors voicing the characters, without them the show wouldn't be half as good as it is.

Nick Kroll

Not only is Nick Kroll the creator and writer for the show but he also voices A LOT of the characters so here they all are:

  • Nicholas Arsenio “Nick” Birch, a late bloomer living with his open-minded parents. He also has an older brother named Judd and an older sister named Leah.
  • Maurice the Hormone Monster, also known as “Maury”, a raspy-voiced monster who follows Andrew around and is responsible for his brooding sexual desires.
  • Coach Steve, the gym class teacher who is incompetent and overly talkative
  • Rick the Hormone Monster, an old and dysfunctional hormone monster who follows Coach Steve and later Nick.
  • Lola Ugfuglio Skumpy, a popular girl who is terrified of losing her social status and the approval of her best friend Devin.

Kroll also voices Mila and Lotte Janssen, the ghosts of Picasso and Richard Burton, the Statue of Liberty, Joe Walsh, a profane ladybug, a webcam girl, Sylvester Stallone, Gina's Abuela, Bad Mitten and Rabbi Poblart.

In total Kroll voices more than 19 characters in Big Mouth.
